1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photo identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. The balance is settled on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Quietpacificretreat or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
